Initial Tactics Officers

3 Tiered Training System Overview:

Tier One: New members report to Initial Tactics training. You will be instructed on the basics of ship selection, flying in formation and whatever else they see fit. Once your skills have reached a satisfactory level, you will advance to General Tactics.

Tier Two: You will be instructed on general ship tactics, bpv mismatches, sl negotiations, ideal weapon efficiency and hotkeys. Once your skills have reached a satisfactory level, you will advance to Advanced Tactics.

Tier Three: You will be instructed on proper power management, maintaining an ECM shift, taking damage on all shields not your ship, using terrain to your advantage, counter-intuitive ship match-ups, bluffing and hit and run tactics. Once you can snatch the pebble from Lord’s hand, it will be time for you to go, Grasshopper.

THESE TRAINING DOCUMENTS ARE FOR X-FLEET ONLY. Your Admiral, Vice Admiral and Squad Leaders know the passwords for these zipped files. Once you complete your probation, you will receive access to Tier One Topics. Once you complete your training in Tier One, you will receive access to Tier Two Topics. One you complete your training in Tier Two, you will receive access to Tier Three Topics.
